Stillwater,
Minn.-November 3, 2002-Competing with some of the nations
largest food companies, Papa George's Foods of Stillwater
is carving out a market with their lamb and pork products.
Their newest entry onto grocery store shelves is a line of
pork sausage links that come in original, Italian and maple
flavors.
"They
contain no MSG, no preservatives and no fillers," says
George Ghanem, founder of Papa George's Foods. "They
contain 55% less fat than regular pork sausage without compromising
the taste because we use only lean, quality cuts. No other
manufacturer does that, plus these products are available
at a lower cost than most of the national brands."
Established
more than 10 years ago, Papa George's also produces pork patty
rolls, ground lamb, ethnic gyros and a variety of dips, rubs
and sauces. The initial company focus on American lamb and
ethnic products has grown to include a wide range of goods
that incorporate flavors of the past with healthy eating.

fresh frozen pork rolls that can be served alone like a sausage
or added to stuffing, casseroles and other dishes. The pork

regular pork sausage.

George's Regular, Sage and Hot pork patty rolls have no MSG
and no preservatives. The products contain 55% less fat than
other pork sausage brands without sacrificing flavor because
leaner cuts are used. These pork rolls are juicy and are a
